Ordering is easy through our store

1. Browse through our extensive range of products to find the product you want personalised by laser engraving.
2. Once you have chosen your product, browse through the list of fonts, which are at the end of each product photo gallery, to choose one perfect for you.
3. In the message box, write your personal message that will be laser engraved onto your product. We do not have set designs like other websites, you tell us what you want and we create it for you.
4. If you find an image that you want us to create on your product you can upload it to be used as a reference.Black and white (silhouette) images are the best to use. When uploading images please ensure they are of high resolution.
5. Click checkout and choose your preferred payment option. We offer bank transfer, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay and Latitude Pay.
6. Once your order has been confirmed we will stay in touch and keep you up to date with the process.
7. You will be emailed a black and white art proof image for review and approval before production commences. During this process you will have unlimited changes free of charge.
8. Once you have approved the artwork production is commenced and your order completed.
9. Please allow between 5-10 days for your order to be completed, especially during peak periods (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day), however in most cases it is much sooner.
10. You will be emailed a photo of your completed order and a pickup date will be arranged or your order will be shipped to you. Please remember once your order has been collected by the courier, the time to deliver is out of our hands. For further information regarding this please review our shipping policy.
